Terms and Conditions
- You understand that by purchasing a Tech Support package you enter into an Agreement with Tactic Lab whose terms are outlined here.
- You warrant that you have permission and authority to (A) enter the Agreement with Tactic Lab and (B) provide Tactic Lab with all the background, briefing information, platform access and other items needed for completion of the task (The Materials). You agree to provide Tactic Lab with The Materials.
- You agree to be bound to the T&Cs of all relevant tools and platforms and that the work will not infringe any third party rights or violate any agreement.
- You understand that your relationship with Tactic Lab is non-exclusive and both parties can engage any other party for these activities (including direct competitors).
- You understand that Tactic Lab is not guaranteeing that your issue will be fixed as the outcome of your purchase of the Tech Support package.
- You agree that neither party will be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity and liabilities in respect of third parties, or special, incidental, indirect or consequential loss or damages, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in connection with any material or services supplied under the Agreement or in connection with any act or omission (negligent or otherwise) on the part of either party, or otherwise out of the relationship created by the Agreement.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that Tactic Lab’s liability for any claim arising directly or indirectly either from (A) a breach of any non-excludable term in the Agreement, (B) a condition implied by statute or (C) any other outcome of your relationship with Tactic Lab, is limited to the fees you have paid for the Tech Support package and can therefore be remedied by Tactic Lab providing a full refund of your Tech Support payment.
- You warrant that you are not entering into the Agreement relying on any representation, warranty or other provision except for the terms explicitly stated here. You agree that the terms here form the entirety of the Agreement between you and Tactic Lab.
